  1. ABOUT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

KAYYA Bags (“KAYYA”, “we” “us”) website (our “site” or “website”) and related services are made available to you and KAYYA sells its products, in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.kayya.com.tr. We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference. We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms & Conditions do not move forward with your purchase. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order or any resulting contract, unless we are required to make the change by law, in which case such changed term will apply to the order or resulting contract to that extent.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To place orders at www.kayya.com.tr clients must:

– Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”

– Be 18 years or older.

– Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.

– Have a valid POP e-mail address.

– Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Verified Paypal Account or a Bank account

In particular, you must provide your real name, valid phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided.

 

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. Once the order is processed by the E-commerce and Logistic Department Les Petits Joueurs reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with kayya.com.tr. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

KAYYA shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. KAYYA may accordingly limit the quantity of a single product that may be ordered in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.

 

  1. PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us through our website you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases, can be made by cards specified on our site

You agree that by submitting an order, this immediately authorizes KAYYA to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay KAYYA if your order is accepted.

 

  1. SHIPMENT

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-4 days after receipt of payment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We ship via DHL courier to all countries. For European countries shipping is free; for other countries, International Delivery, shipping cost amounts to 50€. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and if you for any reason you refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to KAYYA and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.

  1. FAULTY PRODUCTS

Items are considered “faulty” if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that goods correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our judegment. Please email info@kayya.com.tr with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.

 

  1. RETURNS

When you request a return, you must either specify that you would like a refund or an exchange within 7 days from the day you receive your ordered product, but you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item. All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in full including in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original KAYYA packaging. All boxes, dust bags, heel tips, polaroids and all other things included in your purchase should be included within your return which are deemed part of the product. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse a refund in such case and send such products back to the customer or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the customer’s cost.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

  1. To proceed with the return, we need:
  • to receive an image of the piece that broke
  • to know when and where you bought the purchase
  1. Before shipping the bag please kindly note the following instructions:
  • try to fill the bag with paper to maintain its shape
  • put it back into it’s original dust bag and KAYYA box
  • pack everything in the box and fill the empty space with paper
  1. To complete the process we will need some information from you:
  • Dimension and Weight of package
  • Name and Surname
  • Pick up Address
  • Valid Telephone Number
  • Available time for pick up
  1. As soon as you confirm this information, we will send you:
  • Shipping Label
  • Pro Forma Invoice to print in three copies
  • Exportation Documents
  1. In order to send you the replacement, we need:
  • Name and Surname
  • Billing Address & Shipping Address
  • Valid Telephone Number

 

  1. PRODUCT AND IMAGES ON LINE

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on kayya.com.tr. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be entirely accurate.

KAYYA abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to color definition.
